I did some digging and found CamelCamelCamel but that only really works for Amazon and everyone says buying high end perfume on Amazon is a huge gamble because of the fakes plus half the time the price history is just wonky. Then I saw some people talking about Parfumo or Fragrantica but their price tracking features feel really clunky or they just link to shops that are out of stock. I'm so confused if there's actually a dedicated tool that just... works? Like a Honey for perfume specifically?

Here is what I actually need because my budget is strictly under $250 and I'm based in the US:

• It needs to track legit retailers only like FragranceNet, Jomashop, or the big department stores because I'm terrified of getting a fake


• I need actual email or push alerts because I don't have time to refresh 10 tabs all day at work


• It has to show if the sale is actually a good deal or if they just hiked the price last week to make the discount look bigger


• Ideally something that handles discount codes too not just the base price

Is there anything like this that actually works for 2024? I feel like I'm losing my mind checking these sites and I just want to know when the price hits my target so I can finally buy it and stop thinking about it. Does anyone have a secret site they use or am I just stuck doing this manually...

I spent all morning googling how to just send him my active cart on Amazon.ca but it’s way more complicated than I thought it would be? I saw some people talking about a browser extension called Share-A-Cart but I’m a little sketched out about giving an app access to my whole account when I'm spending this much money. Then I read about Amazon Household but that seems like it’s for families living together and we definitely don’t live in the same house. I just want him to be able to see the items I picked, maybe add a few of his own, and then one of us just hits buy.

Is there like a built-in "collaborative" cart feature that I'm just totally missing on the Canadian site or do I really have to just send him 20 different links via text?

I’ve been looking at the Spigen Glas.tR EZ Fit and those dbrand ones, but I’m seeing some conflicting info online. Some people on Reddit are saying the 17e has a slightly different curvature on the glass compared to the base 17, so the "universal" protectors might have that annoying lifting effect at the corners. I also looked at the Belkin ones Apple sells, but $40 for one piece of glass feels a bit steep unless it's literally indestructible.

I'm mostly worried about it interfering with the front camera or the new sensor layout—since the 17e is supposed to be all about that sleek form factor. I need something with a really good alignment tool because I always end up with one tiny piece of lint otherwise (it drives me crazy). Oh, and I prefer the ones that don't have that black border around the edge—it always seems to cut off a pixel or two of the display. Should I stick with the big names or is there a hidden gem I’m missing?
