I just upgraded to the iPhone 16 Pro and I'm blown away by the camera, but I really want to push its limits for some specialized hobby photography. I’m specifically looking for high-quality glass attachments—I'm interested in getting super-detailed macro shots of nature and maybe a cinematic anamorphic lens for travel videos. I’ve been looking at brands like Moment and Sandmarc, but I’m a bit worried about compatibility with the new camera bump and that updated 48MP ultra-wide sensor. Does anyone have experience with lenses that don't cause vignetting or blurriness on this specific model? Which lens systems are currently considered the top-rated options for the 16 Pro?

Sooo, for your situation, I'm insanely excited but also kinda worried about that huge sensor!! Here's how they compare: - Moment T-Series 75mm Macro Lens: Pros: insanely sharp. Cons: requires specific T-Series mount systems.
- Sandmarc Anamorphic Lens - 1.33x Edition: Pros: amazing cinematic glass. Cons: can be bulky tbh. Best choice is definitely Moment for the 16 Pro's mount reliability, but basically be careful about vignetting on that new ultra-wide... its a bit risky still, right? gl!

yo! ur biggest worry should be the mount slipping off that huge camera bump. i've found these safer for ur budget: - Sirui 1.33x Anamorphic Lens ($70): Pro: metal build. Con: heavy.
- ShiftCam LensUltra Traditional Macro ($100): Pro: super sharp glass. Con: needs special case. basically, Sirui is the best pick for safety cuz that locking mechanism is *actually* rock solid. honestly, it's amazing. gl!

> Does anyone have experience with lenses that don't cause vignetting or blurriness on this specific model? Similar situation here - I went through this last week when I finally got my 16 Pro. Honestly, I was highkey worried about that huge 48MP sensor causing dark corners cuz the glass has to be so much wider now. Basically, I spent ages researching technical specs and ended up really satisfied with the Beastgrip Pro Series 1.55X Anamorphic Lens. The image circle is large enough that I havent seen any blurriness! I also tried the Reeflex Pro Series G-Series 10x Macro Lens for some garden shots and the detail is literal perfection... no complaints at all. It’s a bit of a learning curve to get the mount aligned perfectly tho, but once it’s set, it works well. Just sharing my experience: finding 37mm threaded options or specific pro-mounts is basically the way to go for the new sensor. gl!

Ok so, in my experience, try these budget options for the 16 Pro:
- SmallRig 1.55X Anamorphic Lens (~$60)
- Apexel 100mm Macro Lens (~$30)
Theyre way cheaper than pro glass but look amazing tbh!!
