I finally upgraded to the Pixel 10 Pro, but I’m nervous about its durability. I'm looking for a sturdy case that offers solid grip and works well with screen protectors. Does anyone have experience with the official Google cases or third-party brands like dbrand? I'd love some recommendations for maximum drop protection!

Honestly, I feel you on the durability concerns, especially with how much these phones cost now! While some of the big names mentioned earlier are solid, they're seriously expensive. Over the years, I've found that you don't actually have to spend $50+ to get maximum drop protection for ur Pixel.

In my experience, Spigen Liquid Air for Google Pixel 10 Pro is basically the best value out there. It's usually around $15-$20 and has this grippy triangle texture on the back that stops it from sliding off tables. If you're really worried about drops though, I'd suggest looking at the Caseology Athlex for Google Pixel 10 Pro. It's got this unique sand-like texture that's super grippy, and the dual-layer protection is legit for like $17.

For the screen protector side of things, stick with Spigen Glas.tR EZ Fit for Pixel 10 Pro. It comes with an alignment jig so you cant mess it up, and it fits perfectly with almost any case without lifting at the edges. Also, a quick pro-tip: check out the Ringke Onyx for Google Pixel 10 Pro if you want something slim but rugged. It's lowkey one of the best budget picks for under $15. Honestly, why pay Mous prices when these do the same job for a fraction of the cost, right? Hope that helps you save some cash!

Seconding the recommendation above regarding the dbrand grip! I've been a Pixel user since the original, and honestly, finding a case that actually keeps the phone safe without being a total brick is hard. I've had issues with the official Google cases in the past—they look nice but they're basically like holding a wet bar of soap after a few months... total safety hazard.

If you want REAL drop protection from a safety-first perspective, here's what I've learned over the years:

* Poetic Spartan Case for Google Pixel 10 Pro: This one is tanky. It's got a built-in kickstand and a front frame that actually works with screen protectors. It's not as slim as others, but it's seriously tough.
* UAG Scout Series for Google Pixel 10 Pro: This is my current daily. It's MIL-SPEC drop tested but feels way lighter than an OtterBox. The grip on the sides is actually textured so it wont slip out of ur hand when you're taking photos.

Idk, maybe I'm just paranoid cuz I've cracked screens before, but spending a bit more on Supcase Unicorn Beetle Pro for Pixel 10 Pro is usually worth it for the peace of mind. Hope that helps gl!

TL;DR: dbrand Grip Case for Pixel 10 Pro is basically the goat for drop protection and grip. Honestly, i've used official google cases for years and they're kinda slippery, so be careful with those. Definitely go with dbrand or maybe the Spigen Tough Armor for Pixel 10 Pro if you want serious durability... i've dropped mine dozens of times and it's fine! Just make sure to pair it with a good screen protector and you're golden. 👍

Honestly, i've had issues with official cases being way too slippery. If you want REAL protection, check out the Mous Limitless 5.0 for Pixel 10 Pro or the OtterBox Defender Series for Pixel 10 Pro—they're tanky right?
