Upgrading from a cracked Moto G Power (2020) and need a protector for the new Stylus (2025) ASAP. I saw Supershieldz, but people say the pen feels "draggy" on them, and I’m worried about the 2025's specific edge curves. My logic was tempered glass, but will it mess up the stylus sensitivity? Any brands that actually fit and work well?

Look, I've spent twenty-five years in a shop. You learn real fast that if the tolerances are off — even by a hair — the whole thing is junk. People keep talking about 'feel' like it’s some mystery. Listen, it’s just physics. You want a surface that doesn't create friction when that stylus tip hits the deck.

^ This. Also, Mr.Shield Tempered Glass 3-Pack for Moto G Stylus 2025 is the best budget move. You can usually find a 3-pack for under $10. Tbh, it is a waste to spend $30 on a single protector when the stylus works perfectly on cheap tempered glass. The "drag" people mention is almost always from cheap PET films, not glass. Ngl, the edge curves on the 2025 model are annoying for fitment. This brand usually leaves a 1-2mm gap to prevent lifting. Lowkey, I saw on a YouTube teardown that the 2025 screen is relatively flat until the very edge, so these should stick fine. Idk if this applies to every batch, but the multi-pack is safer if you mess up the first install. It preserves the pen sensitivity without the high cost.
