Hey everyone! I just finally upgraded to the Motorola Razr Plus (2024)—absolutely stoked about that massive cover screen—but now I’ve realized my old earbuds are pretty much on their last legs. I’m looking for a pair of wireless earbuds that really complement this specific phone. Since the Razr Plus is such a premium, sleek foldable, I want something that feels just as high-end but is also portable enough to not bulk up my pockets alongside the phone.
I’ve been looking into the new Moto Buds+, especially since they have that 'Sound by Bose' tuning, but I’m wondering if they actually offer better integration features (like fast pairing or specific gesture controls) compared to industry leaders like the Sony WF-1000XM5 or even the Galaxy Buds. I do a lot of multitasking and media consumption directly on the cover screen, so low latency is a huge priority for me. Also, I’m curious if anyone has tested which buds best take advantage of the Snapdragon Sound and LDAC support on this device for high-res audio.
What are you all currently rocking with your Razr Plus, and have you noticed any specific brands that play particularly well with Motorola’s software? I'd love to hear some recommendations that balance great noise cancellation with a seamless connection!
> "I’m curious if anyone has tested which buds best take advantage of the Snapdragon Sound and LDAC support..." This^ Also wanted to add, in my experience, you gotta be cautious about spending $300+ on buds. So, I tried the Soundcore Liberty 4 NC Noise Cancelling Earbuds for under $100. They actually support LDAC and sound great on the Razr Plus. I'm a bit new to this, but honestly, lowkey make sure you get a protective case for 'em... I've learned that the hard way! Budget tech is catching up. gl!
Seconded!
