Which fast charger is recommended for the Motorola Edge 60 Pro?

I just picked up the Motorola Edge 60 Pro, but I’m confused about which charger actually hits those top speeds. My old 30W brick is way too slow. Does it specifically need a 125W GaN charger or will any high-wattage USB-C PD PPS plug work? Any reliable brand recommendations that won't overheat the battery?

So, the Edge 60 Pro relies on a specific PPS (Programmable Power Supply) profile to hit 125W. Most standard PD bricks just wont trigger that max speed. - Motorola+TurboPower+125W+GaN+Wall+Charger&linkCode=osi&------123456890?5422-20" target="_blank" rel="nofollow sponsored">Motorola TurboPower 125W GaN Wall Charger: Only way to hit literal max speeds. Kinda pricey tho.
- Anker 737 Charger GaNPrime 120W: High quality but usually caps at 100W on Moto devices. Honestly, I'd just grab the official one... it works best for the battery long-term. gl!

I've been doing some digging into this too because the official one is sooo expensive lol. From what I've seen in my research, a lot of people forget about the cable! Basically, if you don't use a cable rated for 6.5A or at least 100W with an E-marker chip, you'll never see those high speeds anyway no matter which brick you buy. I was comparing a few other brands that might be worth looking at if you want to save some cash or get more ports:
- Belkin BoostCharge Pro 140W 4-Port GaN Wall Charger: This one is a bit of an investment but Belkin is usually super safe for battery health long-term.
- Iniu 140W GaN Wall Charger: This is a more budget-friendly option I found that supposedly supports the higher PPS ranges.
- Satechi 165W USB-C GaN Fast Charger: A bit overkill maybe? But it's great if you want to charge a laptop at the same time. Honestly, I'm still a bit confused if these multi-port ones actually give the full 125W to just the phone when nothing else is plugged in. Is it better to just get a single-port one to be safe? Tbh, I'm still leaning towards the official one just so I don't have to worry about it, but these other brands seem okay too.

So basically, charging tech is kinda weird. Like they mentioned above, those 125W speeds wont happen without the exact PPS range. WARNING: Dont just grab a random 100W+ brick because:
- It might default to slow 18W charging
- The handshake fails and creates extra heat I went through this last year with a generic block that was so slow tbh. I was sooo satisfied when I finally found a high-amp one... no complaints since!

Seconding the recommendation above. Tbh, I've had issues with cheap high-wattage stuff from random brands... literally melted a port once. Unfortunately, some bricks claim they do PPS but the safety chips are trash and not as good as expected. Just stick to big names like Ugreen or Baseus if u dont want the official one. It's reallyyy not worth risking ur battery just to save a few bucks. Safety first!!
