I just upgraded to the Moto G Stylus (2025) and I’m loving the stylus features, but I really need a solid pair of wireless earbuds to go with it. I’ve had issues in the past with audio lag while watching videos on my older Motorola, so I'm looking for something with a super stable Bluetooth connection and support for high-quality codecs. My budget is around $150, and I need something comfortable for long daily commutes. I’ve been looking at the Pixel Buds and a few Jabra models, but I’m worried about compatibility quirks. Does anyone have a specific recommendation that pairs perfectly and sounds great with this phone?

In my experience, Google Pixel Buds Pro are best for ur Moto:
- No lag
- Super comfy
They beat Jabra Elite 5 for commuting. Honestly, ur gonna love them tho!

Just sharing my experience: I’ve tried many pairs, but I’m always worried about reliability and safety during commutes. I finally settled on Sony LinkBuds S Wireless Noise Cancelling Earbuds for about $128.

* Rock-solid LDAC support
* Great transparency for awareness

Ngl, they’ve been basically perfect for my Moto G and way cheaper than flagships. dont have any lag issues at all... gl!

I went through this last year when I upgraded my phone and honestly, I was sooo worried about those same lag issues. I’m usually pretty cautious with my tech purchases because I hate the hassle of returns if the audio sync is off. After basically obsessing over codec support, I found that LDAC-compatible buds are the way to go for Moto hardware if you want that stable connection.

Just sharing my experience, but these two worked well for me:
* Sony LinkBuds S – Super comfortable for long hauls and the noise canceling is legit for the price.
* Soundcore Liberty 4 NC – These are a great value pick and I’ve had zero sync issues while streaming movies.

I was kinda skeptical about the cheaper options at first, but honestly, I've been really satisfied with how they’ve held up. It’s definitely worth double-checking the reliability and return policy just in case, but these have been rock solid for my daily commute. gl!

Just catching up on this thread! @Reply #1 - good point about the comfort, that really is the main thing for those long train rides. I've been such a spec-head with my audio gear for years, basically obsessed with bitrates and driver tech. I spent about six months testing every pair I could get my hands on to see which ones actually played nice with the Snapdragon Sound on my Moto. It was a wild journey! I eventually landed on the EarFun Air Pro 4 and i've been using them daily for ages now. The tech inside is insane for the price... you get aptX Lossless and LE Audio which makes the connection rock solid. I never get that annoying audio-video lag anymore, it's honestly fantastic. Quick tips for ya:

  • Enable LE Audio in the Bluetooth settings if it pops up, it's a game-changer for battery and sync.
  • Always do a fit test in the app to make sure the seal is perfect for the best bass. I've had zero issues with these cutting out even in crowded stations where interference is usually a nightmare. They're basically a steal!

Curious about one thing: are you gaming or just streaming? I ask cuz I’ve spent years troubleshooting Bluetooth latency on Moto hardware. My current setup finally fixed those sync issues by using high-bitrate codecs that basically outperform standard protocols, tbh. It’s honestly been a total game-changer for my commute!! Knowing your specific use-case helps me pin down the right tech specs for you. Dont want to suggest the wrong stuff! 👍

Late to the party but i went through this exact same internal debate after grabbing my 2025 stylus... honestly i was so tired of my old buds cutting out. Trying a few pairs side by side was the only way to be sure, and while I liked the Samsung Galaxy Buds2 Pro at first for the fit, I actually pivoted to <a href=" https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_nkw= Sennheiser+CX+Plus+True+Wireless&_sacat=0&_from=R40&_trksid=p4624852.m570.l1311&mkcid=1&mkrid=711-53200-19255-0&siteid=0&campid=5337998953&customid=22&toolid=10001&mkevt=1" target="_blank" rel="nofollow sponsored">Sennheiser CX Plus True Wireless for the daily commute. Heres why I stuck with the Sennheisers over the usual Pixel or Samsung choices:

  • Moto phones handle aptX really well and these buds take full advantage of that codec for basically zero lag.
  • The passive isolation is surprisingly good so I dont even have to crank the volume on the bus.
  • Battery lasts me almost the whole week of commuting without needing a charge. Most people worry about them being bulky but they sit flush enough that i dont look like a dork lol. Its been a really solid experience and I havent looked back tbh. Everything just works well together.
