Hey everyone! I just recently upgraded to the OnePlus 11, and I’m absolutely loving the phone so far, but I’ve hit a bit of a snag when it comes to my daily commute. My old generic vent mount just isn't cutting it anymore. The OnePlus 11 is a bit of a beast in terms of size, and with its unique circular camera housing on the back, I’m worried about finding a mount that grips the phone securely without putting pressure on the glass or interfering with the buttons.

I’ve been looking at a few options, but I'm torn between a dashboard suction mount or sticking with a vent clip. Since this phone supports such fast charging, I’m also curious if anyone has found a wireless charging mount that actually works well with OnePlus's proprietary tech, or if I should just stick to a standard cradle and plug in my Warp Charge cable manually. I really want something sturdy that won't wobble when I'm using GPS on bumpy roads.

Does anyone have a specific brand or model they’re using with their OnePlus 11 that fits perfectly? I’d love to hear what’s working for you before I pull the trigger on something from Amazon!

In my experience, you definitely gotta skip the wireless charging mounts for this phone. Since OnePlus uses that proprietary tech, generic Qi chargers are basically snails... it's actually super frustrating. Honestly, I've tried many setups over the years, and for the OnePlus+11+5G+256GB&linkCode=osi&------123456890?5422-20" target="_blank" rel="nofollow sponsored">OnePlus 11 5G 256GB, I highkey recommend going with the iOttie Easy One Touch 6 Dashboard & Windshield Mount.

I've been using iOttie stuff for like forever and it's seriously the only thing that stays stable on bumpy roads. The side grips are adjustable so they dont mess with the power button, and it leaves plenty of room for that massive camera bump. Just stick to your official cable for that fast charging fix! It’s way better than waiting hours for a slow wireless pad to kick in. Good luck with the commute!!

For your situation, I would suggest choosing safety over convenience tbh. I'm pretty happy with the iOttie Velox Magnetic Flush Mount paired with a thin mag-compatible case, but honestly, if you're worried about the circular camera bump and bumpy roads, a solid cradle like the DesertWest Car Phone Holder Mount is way more reliable for a heavy phone. It won't put pressure on the glass and feels SUPER sturdy for GPS!

In my experience, you're definitely right to worry about that circular camera bump. It's HUGE and most generic mounts just dont sit flat against it. Honestly, I've tried many setups over the years, and for the OnePlus+11&linkCode=osi&------123456890?5422-20" target="_blank" rel="nofollow sponsored">OnePlus 11, you really gotta look at the grip arms specifically.

Since you're worried about the glass and buttons, here's what I recommend:

• For a super sturdy vent option, check out the Lisen Magnetic Phone Holder for Car. Even though it's magnetic, it comes with these thin metal rings you can stick to your case *below* the camera housing so it doesn't interfere with anything. It's like $15-20 and literally doesn't budge on bumpy roads.

• If you want a cradle that won't squish your buttons, the Vicseed Car Phone Mount for Dashboard and Vent is actually SO good because the side arms are adjustable. You can move them up or down so they don't press the volume rocker. Plus, the bottom feet are deep enough for the OP11.

• About the charging... yeah, generic wireless chargers are basically snails (like 5W-15W max). I highkey recommend just sticking to your cable. If you want a clean look, maybe grab the OnePlus+Supervooc+80W+Car+Charger&linkCode=osi&------123456890?5422-20" target="_blank" rel="nofollow sponsored">OnePlus Supervooc 80W Car Charger and just plug it in manually when you hop in. It's WAY faster than any wireless mount out there right now.

I guess it depends on how much you move your phone around, but I'd personally go with a dash suction mount cuz these phones are heavy and vents can sag over time! gl with the search 👍

Just caught this thread and wanted to chime in because I actually measured the stress on my dash mounts. The OnePlus 11 weighs about 205 grams, but that massive camera housing shifts the center of gravity significantly higher than older models. When I first got mine, I noticed my generic mount drooping almost instantly because of the lever effect. You really need to be careful with any mount that uses a single point of failure or weak adhesive.

  • Make sure to choose a mount with a telescopic arm to keep the phone closer to the dash to reduce vibration.
  • I would suggest looking for deep side grips (at least 15mm) so it clears the glass without hitting the volume buttons.
  • Be careful with suction cups on textured dashboards; they often leak air and fail during sharp turns. I personally switched to the Spigen OneTap Dashboard Car Mount because it feels way more industrial. I'm kinda paranoid about heat, so I skip the wireless charging mounts entirely. They just bake the battery when the sun hits the windshield. Better to stick with a <a href=" https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_nkw= OnePlus+SuperVOOC+80W+Car+Charger&_sacat=0&_from=R40&_trksid=p4624852.m570.l1311&mkcid=1&mkrid=711-53200-19255-0&siteid=0&campid=5337998953&customid=22&toolid=10001&mkevt=1" target="_blank" rel="nofollow sponsored">OnePlus SuperVOOC 80W Car Charger for actual speed and thermal management.

honestly, I've been through so many mounts over the years and i gotta say... save ur money on the wireless charging ones. for a phone like the oneplus+11&linkCode=osi&------123456890?5422-20" target="_blank" rel="nofollow sponsored">oneplus 11, generic qi chargers are basically useless because they wont hit those warp charge speeds anyway. i'm super satisfied just plugging in the cable manually—it’s way faster and much more budget-friendly. plus, those high-end charging mounts get really hot in the sun which is bad for the battery long-term.

for your situation, i'd suggest focusing on a sturdy gravity-linkage cradle instead of a motorized one. but real quick, what's ur budget for this? and are you using a thick rugged case or something slim? it makes a huge difference with that circular camera housing because some mounts wont sit flush if the case is too bulky. let me know and i can help u narrow it down!

Been daily driving the OP11 since launch and I've tried a TON of setups - basically spent more on mounts than the phone case at this point lol. The weight distribution is the real killer because of that huge camera sensor, right? It makes the phone top-heavy which is why those generic vent clips always sag after a few weeks. If you're looking for long-term stability and want to avoid that circular camera bump, here is what I've found works best: • ProClip USA Center Mount - This is a two-part system where you buy a base specific to your CAR model. It’s SUPER solid and doesn't rely on flimsy vent slats. • WeatherTech CupFone - If your dash is crowded, this is GREAT for stability. It sits in the cup holder so there's zero vibration on bumpy roads.
• Scosche MagicMount Pro 2 - If you use a case, you can place the metal plate at the very bottom. I think it clears the camera housing better than most cradles? Honestly, definitely stick to the manual cable. This phone gets SO hot if you try to GPS and charge at the same time in the sun, and generic wireless chargers are basically a joke compared to Warp Charge speeds anyway!
