Recommended fast chargers and power banks for OnePlus 12R?

What are the best fast chargers and power banks I should get for my brand new OnePlus 12R? I am literally so excited because I just switched from an old iPhone 8 that was basically dying every two hours and this new phone is so pretty and fast but I am completely lost when it comes to the whole charging situation like I keep seeing this word SuperVOOC everywhere and I dont even know what it actually means lol.
