Respectfully, I'd consider another option besides those $50 tanks. CAREFUL: those huge rugged cases trap a ton of HEAT, which is actually terrible for battery longevity on a high-spec beast like the 13!! Honestly, I just stick to generic TPU/PC shells from Amazon. You get 90% of the protection for like 10 bucks. Just look for a 1.5mm camera lip and youre golden. Save ur money for a decent screen protector instead!

Do you usually drop your phone on flat surfaces like tile or more rugged terrain like gravel?

How much extra bulk are you actually willing to tolerate for that peace of mind???

Are you planning on using heavy magnetic accessories or just a simple car mount? I think I read on a random leak thread that the OP13 might have some built-in magnetic tech this time around, but I havent seen it confirmed for the global units yet. If that is true, it might change what kind of case you actually need for reliability. Honestly, I am a bit skeptical until the official specs are fully out for all regions.
