I’ve just pre-ordered the OnePlus 13 and I’m super excited to get my hands on it! Since it’s packing that new Snapdragon 8 Elite and a massive battery, I want to make sure I’m fully equipped from day one. I’m specifically looking for a high-quality protective case that isn't too bulky and a reliable screen protector that plays nice with the ultrasonic fingerprint sensor. Also, are there any specific 100W SuperVOOC power banks or car chargers you guys recommend for those crazy fast charging speeds? I want to get the most out of this beast without risking any third-party compatibility issues. What are the absolute essentials you’re picking up for your OnePlus 13?

Curious about one thing: are you planning on mostly charging at home or do you need something portable for travel? Honestly, over the years I've tried many generic power banks with my old OnePlus+phones+and+they+alwa&linkCode=osi&------123456890?5422-20" target="_blank" rel="nofollow sponsored">OnePlus phones and they always default to slow charging, which is SO annoying when ur used to that 100W speed.

In my experience, you basically have two paths for that "beast" of a battery:

* **The Official Route:** You gotta look at the OnePlus+Superior+SuperVOOC+100W+Power+Bank&linkCode=osi&------123456890?5422-20" target="_blank" rel="nofollow sponsored">OnePlus Superior SuperVOOC 100W Power Bank. It's actually designed for the proprietary protocol, so you'll get those crazy speeds without worrying about compatibility issues.
* **The High-End Alternative:** I've been testing the Anker 737 Power Bank PowerCore 24K lately. While it's GREAT for laptops, it might only hit 65W or 80W on OnePlus+devices+because+of+t&linkCode=osi&------123456890?5422-20" target="_blank" rel="nofollow sponsored">OnePlus devices because of the handshake protocols.

So yeah, tell me how often you're actually away from a wall outlet and I can give better advice on which one is worth the cash!

Ok so, safety-first if ur worried about that 100W current! Basically, SuperVOOC uses high amperage rather than high voltage to stay cool, so the cable is just as critical as the brick. For a solid setup, I'm really satisfied with the OnePlus+Superior+100W+Dual+Power+Car+Charger&linkCode=osi&------123456890?5422-20" target="_blank" rel="nofollow sponsored">OnePlus Superior 100W Dual Power Car Charger because it has built-in overcurrent protection. Also, I’d suggest grabbing the OnePlus+100W+SuperVOOC+Power+Adapter&linkCode=osi&------123456890?5422-20" target="_blank" rel="nofollow sponsored">OnePlus 100W SuperVOOC Power Adapter as a spare since generic PD chargers won't hit those peak speeds safely. For the screen, OnePlus+13+UV+Glass+Screen+Protector&linkCode=osi&------123456890?5422-20" target="_blank" rel="nofollow sponsored">AACL OnePlus 13 UV Glass Screen Protector works well with the ultrasonic sensor without compromising that gorgeous display tho. Peace!

yo, nice choice on the 13! i've been testing high-wattage gear and honestly, if you want that full speed, you gotta stick to official tech cuz the proprietary SuperVOOC protocol is picky af.

Here's what I'm rocking:

* OnePlus+13+Sandstone+Bumper+Case&linkCode=osi&------123456890?5422-20" target="_blank" rel="nofollow sponsored">OnePlus 13 Sandstone Bumper Case - basically the GOAT for grip without the bulk.
* OnePlus+SuperVOOC+100W+Dual+Port+Car+Charger&linkCode=osi&------123456890?5422-20" target="_blank" rel="nofollow sponsored">OnePlus SuperVOOC 100W Dual Port Car Charger - literally the only way to hit those speeds on the road.
* OnePlus+100W+SuperVOOC+Power+Bank+12000mAh&linkCode=osi&------123456890?5422-20" target="_blank" rel="nofollow sponsored">OnePlus 100W SuperVOOC Power Bank 12000mAh - it's pricey but supports the 100W bypass charging.

For the screen, i'd go with the OnePlus+13&linkCode=osi&------123456890?5422-20" target="_blank" rel="nofollow sponsored">Whitestone Dome Glass Screen Protector for OnePlus 13 since UV gel usually plays best with ultrasonic sensors. tbh the pre-installed one is fine for a bit, but glass feels way better. gl with the new beast!

Re: "Ok so, safety-first if ur worried about that..." - jififhujru is totally right about the power. I’ve had issues with third party cables overheating before, so definitely be careful there. Unfortunately, I was really let down by the official screen protectors this year... they just dont seem to stick well and the clarity isn't as good as expected for the price. If you're going the DIY route like me, I'd honestly recommend the OnePlus+13&linkCode=osi&------123456890?5422-20" target="_blank" rel="nofollow sponsored">AACL Screen Protector for OnePlus 13. It's a flexible film, so it doesnt interfere with the fingerprint sensor at all, which is a huge relief compared to those thick glass ones. I also found the official cases a bit slippery tbh. I'm currently using the OnePlus+13&linkCode=osi&------123456890?5422-20" target="_blank" rel="nofollow sponsored">TUDIA DualShield Case for OnePlus 13 and it's been great for extra grip. It adds a bit of protection without making the phone feel massive. It’s a bit of a trial and error process but you’ll get it sorted. Enjoy the beast!

Honestly, I stopped paying for "pro" installs years ago because the markups are insane. I’ve found that the OnePlus+13&linkCode=osi&------123456890?5422-20" target="_blank" rel="nofollow sponsored">Ibywind Screen Protector for OnePlus 13 is usually the best DIY path—they always include those plastic alignment kits that make it foolproof even if you have shaky hands haha. I'm staying away from the UV glue stuff this time because it’s a total nightmare to clean off if you ever mess up the application or need a replacement. Quick tip from my own experience: if you want that 100W SuperVOOC to actually stay at max speed, grab a pack of Silicone Anti-Dust Plugs for the charging port. Even a tiny bit of pocket lint can mess with the high-amperage handshake and drop you down to standard slow charging speeds. It's a super cheap way to keep the hardware running perfectly without needing a repair shop later on!!!

I've been using OnePlus since the invite-only days and honestly, the accessory market is a total mess right now. It's pretty disappointing how many brands slap a compatible label on chargers that actually end up thermal throttling the phone after five minutes. I've had issues with third-party cables that felt solid but ended up making the charging port loose over time because the tolerances were off. One big warning tho... be careful with those super thick rugged cases. They might protect against drops, but they trap way too much heat when you're actually pushing those 100W speeds. I've seen phones get throttled to a crawl because the heat couldn't dissipate through the plastic. Also, definitely avoid the cheap screen protectors that don't specifically mention ultrasonic compatibility. I made that mistake once and the fingerprint sensor became basically useless. It's just not worth the headache on a device this expensive.

Totally agree with the above! Stick to SuperVOOC if u want those crazy speeds. I've been lookin at cases and honestly...

* OnePlus+13&linkCode=osi&------123456890?5422-20" target="_blank" rel="nofollow sponsored">Spigen Liquid Air Case for OnePlus 13: it's sooo cheap and thin!
* OnePlus+13&linkCode=osi&------123456890?5422-20" target="_blank" rel="nofollow sponsored">Ringke Fusion-X Case for OnePlus 13: more protection for drops but it's kinda bulky tbh.

I'm probably gonna get the Spigen cuz it's a total steal for the price!! basically saves u money for the official charger lol.
