I just picked up the OnePlus 12R, and while the screen is absolutely stunning, that curved display is making me nervous! I’m struggling to find a screen protector that actually stays put without peeling at the edges or leaving huge gaps. I’ve looked at a few tempered glass options, but I’m worried about the fingerprint sensor compatibility and whether they’ll play nice with my protective case. Has anyone found a specific brand—maybe a UV gel glass or a high-quality film—that fits the curves perfectly? I really want to avoid that annoying lifting after a week of use. Which specific protector are you guys using that provides the best edge-to-edge coverage?

yo, congrats on the new phone! honestly, i feel u on the anxiety... that OnePlus+12R&linkCode=osi&------123456890?5422-20" target="_blank" rel="nofollow sponsored">OnePlus 12R screen is gorgeous but curved glass is literally a nightmare to protect. i've tried many different setups over the years, and in my experience, standard tempered glass almost always fails on these displays cuz they just wont stick to the edges.

For your situation, here's what i recommend based on what's actually worked for me:

1. OnePlus+12R&linkCode=osi&------123456890?5422-20" target="_blank" rel="nofollow sponsored">Whitestone Dome Glass UV Gen Film for OnePlus 12R: This is highkey the gold standard. It uses a UV light to cure the adhesive so it actually bonds to the curves. It's basically the only way to get that "naked" screen feel without the edges peeling off after two days. Plus, the fingerprint sensor works perfectly with it, right?
2. amFilm Elastic Skin Screen Protector (2-Pack): If you dont wanna mess with UV glue, these TPU films are actually really good now. They're "self-healing," so small scratches disappear, and they're thin enough to play nice with almost any protective case.
3. OnePlus+12R&linkCode=osi&------123456890?5422-20" target="_blank" rel="nofollow sponsored">IBYWIND Screen Protector for OnePlus 12R: I've used these too, and they come with a great alignment tool which is basically a lifesaver if you're like me and always mess up the positioning.

Seriously tho, if you want edge-to-edge coverage that doesnt lift, go for the UV gel glass. It's a bit more of a process to install, but it looks so much better in the long run. Good luck!! 👍

Quick question—are you prioritizing drop protection or just scratch safety? Honestly, I'm kinda cautious about the sensor failing, so stick with a film from Ringke if you want to play it SAFE.

Quick question—what's your budget? Basically, curved glass creates edge tension, so cheap adhesives fail FAST. I've spent a fortune testing budget options and finally found a setup that actually sticks, but it's a messy UV process. Are you comfortable with a DIY install or do you need something simpler??

TL;DR: Need to know your budget and if you're okay with a DIY UV liquid application to save money!
