Hey everyone! I finally pulled the trigger and upgraded to the new Samsung Galaxy A56 5G. I am really loving the performance and the screen so far, but after paying for the device itself, my budget for extra gear is looking pretty thin. I realized pretty quickly that since Samsung doesn't include the wall brick in the box anymore, I am stuck using a super old, slow charger that takes forever to top up the battery.

I really want to protect this investment without spending a fortune on official Samsung-branded gear. I am looking for some solid recommendations on a few specific items:

  • A reliable 25W USB-C wall plug that supports fast charging but is cheaper than the official one.
  • A slim, clear TPU case that shows off the phone's color but still offers decent drop protection.
  • A tempered glass screen protector that actually works well with the in-display fingerprint sensor.

I have seen thousands of random brands on Amazon, but I am worried about buying something low-quality that might peel off or, even worse, damage the charging port. Does anyone have specific budget-friendly brands they trust for the A56? I would love to hear what you guys are using to keep your phones safe and powered up without breaking the bank!

Took me a bit to see this, but I spent way too much time researching before grabbing the Baseus 25W Super Si Wall Charger and Ringke Fusion Clear Case. Super solid combo.

Check UGREEN 25W USB C Charger Nexode Mini for GaN efficiency and amFilm Tempered Glass Screen Protector 3-Pack for the sensor. Check GSMArena specs so you dont buy the wrong voltage.

Congrats on the A56! Honestly, you are smart to look elsewhere for accessories. Samsung charges way too much for their branded gear. For the charger, the most important thing is finding one that supports PPS (Programmable Power Supply) because that is how Samsung actually hits those super fast speeds. I have been using the Anker 312 Charger 25W USB-C for ages and it works perfectly with my Galaxy phones. It is way smaller and cheaper than the official brick too. For protection, the Spigen Liquid Crystal Case for Galaxy A56 5G is basically the gold standard. It stays clear longer than those super cheap generic ones and the fit is always tight. To keep that fingerprint sensor snappy, try the amFilm Tempered Glass Screen Protector for Galaxy A56 5G. They include an alignment frame so you dont mess up the install... super helpful for getting it centered!

I totally agree with the others about avoiding those random brands youve never heard of. Its not worth risking your battery health just to save a few bucks, tbh. Quick question though, are you looking for a charger that stays in one spot or something compact for travel? Also, do you usually drop your phone a lot or do you just want something for basic scratches?
