Recommended budget-friendly earbuds and protective covers for the Galaxy A56 5G?

honestly im so fed up with how expensive everything is after you already dropped a few hundred on the actual phone. I just picked up the Galaxy A56 5G and now I realized none of my old stuff fits and i dont even have a headphone jack anymore. Its so frustrating. My old earbuds are the plug-in type and now im stuck with nothing for my morning train ride into the city. I was looking at the official Samsung buds but honestly 150 bucks is way out of my league right now.

My logic was to find something that wouldnt break the bank since I only have about 50 or 60 bucks total left for accessories before my rent is due next week. I keep seeing these super cheap 10 dollar cases on ebay but they look like they would crack the second I dropped it on the pavement. I need something rugged because im a total klutz but it still needs to look halfway decent.
