Just picked up the new S24 FE and I'm loving the screen! Since it doesn't come with much in the box, I need help picking out essentials. I'm mainly looking for a solid protective case and a reliable 25W fast charger. Any specific brands you’d recommend for high-quality screen protectors or cases that don't add too much bulk?
Ok so, basically since the FE supports Super Fast Charging, you gotta look for chargers with PPS (Programmable Power Supply) tech. Without it, the phone wont hit its max 25W speed even if the brick says 40W. It's all about how the voltage scales during the charge cycle to keep heat down. I'm realy satisfied with these picks: * Spigen Tough Armor for Samsung Galaxy S24 FE vs Ringke Onyx Case for Samsung Galaxy S24 FE: The Spigen is a tank and has a kickstand, but honestly, it adds some heft. The Ringke is way slimmer and has this cool textured grip. I prefer the Spigen for protection, but the Ringke is better if ur worried about bulk.
* Samsung 25W USB-C Wall Charger EP-T2510NBEGUS: Seriously, just get the official one. It's compact and I've had zero issues with it. * Spigen Glas.tR EZ Fit Screen Protector for Galaxy S24 FE: Definately the best for installs. The tray makes it perfectly centered every time, no bubbles at all. Hope this helps! gl with the new phone.
Here's what I recommend: honestly, make sure u look for GaN tech in ur brick. It stays cooler and is wayy more efficient. I've been using the Anker 312 Charger (Ace, 25W) and it's definately rock solid. For a slim case, Caseology Athlex for Samsung Galaxy S24 FE has great grip without the bulk. Be careful with cheap glass that might mess with the fingerprint sensor... maybe try the amFilm OneTouch Glass Screen Protector for S24 FE
Yeah the technical side of the charging is spot on, those PPS protocols are literally the most important thing if you want to keep the battery health high over two years. I actually did a bunch of market research before buying my current setup because I was curious how the FE accessories compare to the standard flagship ones. Tbh the market is kinda split right now. From what I found while comparing different brands:
+1
Same here!
