Hey everyone! I just pre-ordered the new Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7 and I'm super excited to get my hands on it. However, since it doesn't come with a power brick in the box anymore, I really need to find a reliable fast charger. I want to make sure I’m getting something that fully supports Samsung’s Super Fast Charging standards—I believe it needs PPS support for that, right? I've been looking at some Anker and Ugreen options, but I'm worried about compatibility or getting the wrong wattage. Does anyone have specific model recommendations that work perfectly with the Z Flip 7 without overheating? Should I stick with the official 25W Samsung brick, or is there a better third-party alternative you'd suggest?

hey there, just saw this! Basically, Samsung uses a specific type of USB Power Delivery called PPS (Programmable Power Supply). its what allows 'Super Fast Charging' by micro-adjusting voltage to keep things efficient. Without it, your phone might just default to standard slow charging... which is honestly a pain. Since you're looking for value, you don't actually HAVE to buy the official one. I've been testing these for years and found third-party ones that are literally just as good for a better price: 1. Anker 312 Charger (Ace, 25W) - Total budget win and supports Samsung PPS perfectly.
2. Ugreen Nexode 30W USB C GaN Charger - Uses GaN tech so it stays way cooler, which is huge for foldable battery health. Just make sure the cable is rated for 3A too!! tbh, sticking to the 25W-30W range is smartest cuz the Flip doesn't pull much more anyway...

- Spigen ArcStation Pro 27W Wall Charger: Solid PPS tech, very reliable adapter. Best choice is official imo. I'm satisfied it meets all safety standards. Ngl, I'd consult the manual for exact voltage specs just to be 100% sure. gl!

Samsung needs PPS to manage heat i think, so basically just grab the Samsung 25W USB-C Wall Charger... its literally the safest bet for ur Flip 7!!
