This comes up a lot — I mean, check basically any thread from the last few years — but the short answer is that the Plus models just hit the ground harder. I’m not entirely sure if the glass is actually tougher this year (someone told me it was, but who knows?), so I’d focus on the ergonomics and structural integrity.
