I've heard great things about the Bose QuietComfort Earbuds II. Bose is known for their noise cancellation technology, and these earbuds live up to that reputation. I prefer the Sony WF-1000XM5. They have fantastic sound quality and excellent battery life. They work perfectly with my iPhone 16 Pro, and the companion app gives you a lot of customization options.

AirPods Pro 2 are the obvious choice, but if you're looking for something different, check out the Beats Fit Pro. They have the Apple H1 chip so you get most of the AirPods features, but with a more secure fit for workouts and slightly punchier bass.

Consider the Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 4. Audiophile-grade sound quality, great ANC, and the app works well with iPhone. More expensive ($279) but worth it if sound quality is your priority.
