So I finally pulled the trigger on the iPhone 16 Pro in Desert Titanium and it should be here by Friday but I have literally zero accessories ready yet. I'm trying to decide between the standard Apple Silicone case or the Spigen Mag Armor because I drop my phone a lot on the subway here in New York and really need that extra grip.

For charging I'm stuck between just getting the basic Apple puck or splurging on that Anker 3-in-1 MagGo cube thingy. I have about 150 bucks to spend on the whole setup so I cant get everything. Do you think the Anker is worth the extra cash over the basic one or should I just stick to the official Apple stuff to be safe?

Honestly, if you're dropping your phone on the subway, skip the official Apple Silicone. Over the years I've found those cases get way too slippery and the silicone tends to peel after just a few months. I've used the <a href=" https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_nkw=Spigen+Mag+Armor+MagFit+ iPhone+16+Pro+Case&_sacat=0&_from=R40&_trksid=p4624852.m570.l1311&mkcid=1&mkrid=711-53200-19255-0&siteid=0&campid=5337998953&customid=22&toolid=10001&mkevt=1" target="_blank" rel="nofollow sponsored">Spigen Mag Armor MagFit iPhone 16 Pro Case on my last couple phones and the texture is much better for grip. It's way more durable for daily commuting and saves you like thirty bucks right off the bat. For the charger, that Anker MagGo Wireless Charging Station 3-in-1 Cube is a great bit of kit but it's gonna eat up almost your entire budget by itself. If you really want to keep it under 150 bucks, I'd just get the Apple MagSafe Charger 15W and a decent wall plug. Tbh the Anker is only worth the splurge if you have a Watch and AirPods to charge at the same time. I'd definitely prioritize a solid case tho... those New York subway floors dont play around.
