tbh when i first swapped to usb-c, i bought some cheap generic brick and it actually overheated my phone... scary stuff. so i learned my lesson. i highkey recommend staying with trusted brands to protect that battery.

Here's what i'd suggest:
- Get any power brick from Anker... seriously, they're the standard.
- Snag a MagSafe case from Spigen or ESR.

Just dont cheap out on the charging tech, its not worth the risk imo!

Honestly, since youre jumping into the USB-C world, there's a few things people lowkey forget until it's too late. I'm a big DIY enthusiast, so I always look at how accessories affect the long-term "serviceability" of the phone. Replacing parts yourself is finally getting easier with the 15, but the wrong gear can ruin that. A few warnings from my experience: • Watch out for "braided" cables that are super stiff. If they dont have good strain relief, they can actually put wierd pressure on the internal USB-C port. Replacing that port is a HUGE pain even with the new design, and you'll end up paying a pro if you break the internal pins.
• Avoid those "liquid" screen protectors. Theyre basically a scam tbh. Theyre permanent and do NOTHING for actual impact protection. Stick to something you can easily swap yourself.
• Be careful with super cheap MagSafe accessories. If the magnets arent shielded right, they can sometimes mess with the internal sensors or OIS. Basically, stay away from any "permanent" mods. The 15 is way easier to work on than old models, so dont make it harder for yourself by over-gluing stuff or using junk that stresses the hardware!
