Looking for the best protective case and screen protector for

Does anyone know what the actual best case and glass protector combo is for the iPhone SE (the 2022 model) because I am honestly terrified of breaking this thing before I even get through the first month? I finally upgraded from my ancient iPhone 8 that was basically held together by tape and luck but now that I have this new SE I am constantly worried about dropping it. I work at a busy logistics warehouse in Chicago and the floors are just solid concrete and there is dust everywhere so I really need something that can handle a rough environment but every time I look at reviews I get more stressed out.
