Hey everyone! I’m planning to upgrade to the Google Pixel 10 as soon as it drops, but I’ve realized my current charging setup is a bit of a mess. I’m a heavy user—lots of photography, maps, and social media while I’m out and about—so I definitely need a reliable power bank to get me through the day. However, I’m really tired of lugging around those massive, brick-sized chargers that weigh down my pockets or take up half my sling bag.
Since the Pixel 10 is expected to support pretty decent fast-charging speeds (hopefully sticking with that USB-C PD standard), I’m looking for something that is specifically 'pocket-friendly' but still packs enough punch to give me at least one full charge, if not more. I’ve been looking at some of the newer GaN technology chargers because they seem much smaller, but I’m overwhelmed by the options.
I have a few specific requirements: it needs to be compact enough to fit in a jacket pocket without looking bulky, it must support Power Delivery (PD) so I’m not waiting hours for the percentage to go up, and ideally, I’d love something with a built-in cable or a magnetic attachment if that’s even viable for the new Pixel. I’ve had bad luck in the past with cheap brands that overheat, so I’m looking for something high-quality and durable.
Does anyone have experience with specific brands like Anker, Ugreen, or Shargeek that play well with the Pixel’s charging profile? I’m really curious to know if there’s a 'sweet spot' for capacity versus size that you’ve found works best for daily commuting.

Ok so, I'm literally obsessed with the Anker Nano Power Bank with Built-in USB-C Connector 5000mAh 22.5W! It's basically the size of a lighter and plugs directly into the bottom, so no cables to mess with. If ur looking for more juice tho, the Ugreen Nexode 10000mAh Power Bank 30W PD Fast Charging is basically the sweet spot for Pixel charging speeds without being a brick lol. Both are super high-quality and wont overheat ur bag!

Curious about one thing: what exactly do you mean by "pocket-friendly"? Are we talking skinny jeans pocket or like a loose jacket pocket? Ngl, that makes a HUGE difference when you're looking for that sweet spot between capacity and weight.
Since the Pixel 10 is likely gonna pull around 27W-30W via USB-C PD, you definitely want something that can hit those PPS (Programmable Power Supply) specs or it'll charge painfully slow. I've been geeking out on the specs and honestly, the GaN tech in the newer small bricks is a total game changer for heat management.
If you're okay with something slightly bigger than the Anker Nano mentioned earlier but way more capable, you might wanna check these out:
* Sharge Flow 10000mAh Power Bank 20W - This one uses those high-density 21700 battery cells (same as Tesla) so it's super narrow and fits in a pocket way better than the flat ones.

Seconding the recommendation above about sticking to 10000mAh. Seriously, I've been through so many power banks over the years and anything smaller just doesn't cut it for a heavy user, especially with the Pixel's screen-on time during travel.

I’ve been through SO many of these over the years and honestly, the weight and material matter just as much as the capacity. I’m not a total pro on all the technical PD specs like some of the others here, but I've found two that really stand out for long-term travel: * Nitecore NB10000 Gen 3: This is my go-to for daily use. * Pros: It uses carbon fiber so it’s basically the lightest 10k bank out there - it feels like half the weight of a normal charger in ur jacket. * Cons: It’s a bit pricey and doesn't have fancy built-in cables.
* Belkin BoostCharge Power Bank 5K: * Pros: Super thin and fits perfectly behind the phone while ur holding it. * Cons: It only gives about one full charge, which might be risky for a heavy user.
