I'm super excited because I finally pulled the trigger on the Motorola Razr Ultra (2025) in that beautiful Midnight Blue, and man, it looks stunning. However, it feels incredibly thin and, frankly, a bit fragile. I’m honestly terrified of dropping it and shattering that massive external display or, even worse, damaging the hinge mechanism.
I’ve been scouring Amazon and various tech forums, but the options for foldables are always so hit or miss. Some cases seem to add way too much bulk, which totally ruins the 'flip' aesthetic, while others look like they offer zero protection for the hinge when the phone is closed. I’m also really curious about the screen protector situation. Since it already comes with a factory film on the inner display, is it even safe to add another one? I’m mostly worried about the outer screen and finding a protector that doesn't mess with the touch sensitivity or look weird with a case on.
Has anyone found a brand that strikes a good balance between a slim profile and solid drop protection? Specifically, are there any reliable cases that protect the hinge without being massive? I’d love to hear what you guys are actually using to keep your Razr safe!

Seconding the recommendation above! Honestly, hinge protection is basically CRUCIAL. I think I heard brands like OtterBox might be dropping new ones soon, but I'm not 100% sure on the dates yet. * Stick to spring-loaded hinge covers
* ONLY put glass on the outer display Seriously, messing with that factory inner film is SO risky for ur warranty... highkey better safe than sorry! AMAZING phone choice btw!! 👍
