so I was looking at those Supershieldz ones on Amazon but then I saw people saying the Motorola Edge 60 Pro curved screen makes them pop off really easily. my logic was maybe liquid glass is better? but I work in construction and drop my phone constantly so I need something that actually stays on...

I've tried a ton of these and construction sites are brutal! For those curves, you need serious gear.

Oh man, I went through the exact same thing! Those curved edges are a total nightmare for standard glass. Dealing with replacements was such a money pit because they just wouldnt stay on. I finally grabbed the Motorola+Edge+60+Pro+2%2B2+Pack&linkCode=osi&------123456890?5422-20" target="_blank" rel="nofollow sponsored">UniqueMe Screen Protector for Motorola Edge 60 Pro 2+2 Pack and it has been amazing! This is a TPU flexible film, not glass, which means it actually grips the curves instead of popping off like those rigid ones. Working around heavy equipment all day is tough on gear, but this thing has survived some nasty hits without peeling. Plus it comes in a multi-pack so you get way more value for your buck. Forget liquid glass, honestly... it costs way too much and doesnt provide the actual impact protection you need on a job site! This set is the best budget win I have found in ages!

Building on the earlier suggestion, I honestly have to disagree with the idea that you need to spend a fortune on UV glass just because you're on a job site. Working in those environments means your gear takes a beating, and paying 50 bucks for a single protector is just bad math imo. I've been super satisfied with the Motorola+Edge+60+Pro+3-Pack&linkCode=osi&------123456890?5422-20" target="_blank" rel="nofollow sponsored">LK Screen Protector for Motorola Edge 60 Pro 3-Pack. It's a high-grade TPU film that actually has better impact dispersion for those curved edges than rigid glass does. If you're looking for the best specs for the money, the Motorola+Edge+60+Pro&linkCode=osi&------123456890?5422-20" target="_blank" rel="nofollow sponsored">Milomdoi Flexible Film for Motorola Edge 60 Pro is another winner. The self-healing tech actually works for minor scratches from dust or grit, which you're definitely gonna deal with. I checked the specs on these and they're thin enough that the fingerprint sensor doesnt lag at all. Its way more logical to get a multi-pack for cheap so you can just swap it out whenever it gets too beat up. No complaints from my side, works well and keeps the wallet happy.

> curved screen makes them pop off really easily Regarding what #1 said about those edges, yeah they're a total headache. I'm really satisfied with the Motorola+Edge+60+Pro+Flexible+TPU+Film&linkCode=osi&------123456890?5422-20" target="_blank" rel="nofollow sponsored">Ibywind Screen Protector for Motorola Edge 60 Pro Flexible TPU Film. Since you're on a budget and work construction, liquid glass basically wont do anything for actual drops. TPU film is way cheaper and sticks to curves much better than glass. Honestly no complaints here and it works well for the price.

This is exactly what I needed to hear. Youre a lifesaver honestly.

Honestly it drives me crazy how manufacturers keep pushing these curved screens. They are a total scam for anyone working a real job. I spent a fortune on different brands last year and every single one failed within a week... its just not as good as expected.

  • Quality is going downhill
  • Prices are getting ridiculous
  • Companies dont care Its just disappointing that we cant trust our gear. Stay safe tho!

Been thinking about your situation for a few hours now and honestly, like someone mentioned, curved screens and construction sites are a recipe for disaster. I've tried many setups over the years and most people here are right that TPU is the way to go over tempered glass for those edges. Basically, the consensus so far boils down to a few things:

  • Standard TPU film is cheap and sticks well but offers less impact protection.
  • UV Glass like Whitestone is the gold standard for protection but costs a fortune.
  • Rigid glass is basically useless on these specific Motorola curves. Since you're on a job site dropping the thing constantly, you need something with a bit more 'give' than standard plastic. I'd look at <a href=" https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_nkw=Skinomi+TechSkin+Screen+Protector+for+ Motorola+Edge+60+Pro&_sacat=0&_from=R40&_trksid=p4624852.m570.l1311&mkcid=1&mkrid=711-53200-19255-0&siteid=0&campid=5337998953&customid=22&toolid=10001&mkevt=1" target="_blank" rel="nofollow sponsored">Skinomi TechSkin Screen Protector for Motorola Edge 60 Pro. It's a wet-install film which means you spray a solution on it first. It sounds like a hassle but it allows the protector to really bond to those curves without lifting over time. Another solid pick is the <a href=" https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_nkw=Spigen+NeoFlex+Screen+Protector+for+ Motorola+Edge+60+Pro&_sacat=0&_from=R40&_trksid=p4624852.m570.l1311&mkcid=1&mkrid=711-53200-19255-0&siteid=0&campid=5337998953&customid=22&toolid=10001&mkevt=1" target="_blank" rel="nofollow sponsored">Spigen NeoFlex Screen Protector for Motorola Edge 60 Pro. Spigen usually cuts theirs slightly smaller so the edges of a rugged case wont push the protector up and cause peeling. Liquid glass is basically a scam for drops, dont even bother. It might help with tiny micro-scratches from dust, but it wont stop a screen from shattering on concrete. Stick to the flexible stuff and make sure your case has a decent lip.
