Which screen protectors work best with the Moto G Power (2025)?

Hey everyone! I just upgraded to the Moto G Power (2025) and I am absolutely loving the display so far, but I am already getting nervous about scratches. I have a history of being a bit of a klutz, so getting a solid screen protector is my top priority before I take this phone out into the wild. I have noticed that with some of the newer designs, the slight curves at the edges of the glass can make it really tricky to find a protector that does not bubble up or lift after a few days.

I am specifically looking for something that plays nice with a rugged case, as I do not want the edges of the case to push the protector off. I usually prefer tempered glass for that extra layer of impact protection, but I am worried about how it might affect the touch sensitivity or the front-facing camera cutout. Has anyone found a brand that aligns perfectly with the 2025 model hole-punch camera? I have seen a few generic ones online, but the reviews are all over the place and I would rather get a recommendation from someone who has actually tried one on this specific device.

Does anyone have a go-to brand that offers a seamless fit for the Moto G Power (2025) without those annoying halo effects around the edges?

TL;DR: LK Screen Protector 3-Pack for Moto G Power 2025 is a great budget pick. +1 to the earlier advice; it's decent for rugged cases. Anyone have long-term data?

Curious about one thing before I dive into the tech specs... since you mentioned being a bit of a klutz (we've all been there, trust me), I want to make sure the advice fits your actual gear. I've handled a ton of these Moto installs over the years and the 2025 model is definitely picky about clearances because of how the glass tapers. So, to help narrow it down, could you clarify a couple things:

  • What brand of rugged case are you looking at? This is super important cuz some heavy-duty cases like OtterBox or those chunky Spigen ones have a really high lip that can put pressure on the edge of the glass, causing those annoying bubbles.
  • Are you looking for a full coverage protector that hides the edges, or are you okay with a case-friendly version that stops just a tiny bit short of the curve? Honestly, if the case is super aggressive, going for a full-coverage glass might be a recipe for disaster. I've seen so many people waste money on perfect fit protectors that just don't play nice with a sturdy bumper. Plus, the hole-punch alignment is a whole other beast - some of the cheaper brands definitely don't center them right. Let me know about the case and I can give you some technical insights on what actually stays stuck!

So basically I dropped my Moto G Power 2025 right onto the tile last week and it gave me a total heart attack!! Ngl I am super paranoid about screen damage so I ended up testing a couple options to see what actually holds up with a rugged case. It is tricky with the new glass shape but I have found two decent choices. • Supershieldz: This is a good budget pick. It covers the basics and the touch sensitivity is fine, but I noticed some slight lifting at the corners when I used a really bulky heavy-duty case.
  • Mr.Shield: Honestly I prefer this for reliability. The adhesive seems way stronger and it aligns perfectly with the hole-punch camera without that annoying halo effect around the edges. My main lesson learned is that you really gotta be careful during the install. I suggest watching a tutorial first because if you miss-align it even a tiny bit the case will pop it right off. Better safe than sorry I guess... gl!
