Which fast charging accessories work best for the OnePlus Open?

So what chargers and cables are you guys actually using to get full speeds on the OnePlus Open? I've been in the OnePlus ecosystem forever—had the 7 Pro, the 9, and the 11—so I thought I knew how SuperVOOC worked but this foldable is being picky as hell. I tried using my old 65W Warp bricks and some high-quality Anker PD cables I had lying around but my USB-C power meter shows it's barely trickling in at like 18W which is driving me nuts when I'm in a rush.

I really need a setup for my office in London where the outlet is pretty far from the desk, so I need at least a 2-meter cable that won't throttle the speed down to basic charging. I've tried a few things already:

My old 30W Dash charger (super slow)

A generic 100W PD brick from Amazon

The original cable with an extension (dropped connection constantly)

Is there a specific third-party brand that actually supports the proprietary 67W protocol or am I stuck buying the official overpriced ones from the website? Also I do a ton of driving for my job so if anyone has found a car charger that actually triggers the ultra fast charging animation and not just 'fast charging' let me know. I'm trying to stay under £60 for a couple of bits. I've heard some Oppo stuff works too since they're basically the same company now but I don't want to fry my new £1600 phone... any ideas?

TL;DR: Stop wasting time with PD chargers! SuperVOOC is proprietary and requires a 6.5A rated cable. You gotta get the OnePlus SuperVOOC 80W Type-A to Type-C Cable 2m for your desk. It is amazing! For the car, grab the OnePlus SuperVOOC 80W Car Charger. It hits full speeds and triggers the animation every time. Honestly, third-party stuff wont hit 67W because the protocol handshake is too picky. Love the speed!

Jumping in here because I've been through this loop since the early Dash days. Regarding what #1 said about "TL;DR: Stop wasting time with PD chargers! SuperVOOC...", they're totally right. SuperVOOC is a different beast because it puts the charging logic in the brick to keep the phone cool while it folds. Most standard PD chargers ramp up voltage, but this tech pushes massive current instead. If your gear doesnt have the specific IC chip to authenticate that high amperage, the phone just wont pull more than 18W for safety reasons. Since they are basically the same company, the internal tech is identical and it triggers the ultra fast animation every single time on my Open. No complaints about heat or speed at all. Quick question tho, do you need a dedicated single-port brick for the desk or are you hoping to find something that can charge a laptop at the same time?

I have a whole drawer full of high end chargers and nothing seems to trigger the proper SuperVOOC animation except the original cable. It is driving me crazy because I really need a second setup for my office too but I am terrified of using some off-brand cable that might fry the battery on such an expensive phone. Seriously... I have spent hours looking for a solution and still havent found anything that actually works. If you find a fix please let me know because I am desperate at this point! Love the phone but this proprietary charging stuff is a total nightmare.
