Regarding what #9 said about Tbh I feel like everyone is recommending screen... I completely agree, it felt like everyone was talking past the actual question. When I first got my Flip 5, I was so worried about the hinge that I barely wanted to touch it. That cheap plastic stand I tried at first was a total nightmare... my heart skipped a beat when it nearly tipped over while I was scrolling. Never again... I'm way too cautious for flimsy stuff now. The UGREEN Foldable Desktop Phone Stand Multi-Angle is what I ended up with because the rubber padding is really thick and covers all the contact points. You definitely want to make sure the base is heavy enough so it doesnt tip when the phone is unfolded and top-heavy. Also, be careful with those all-metal stands that dont have enough silicone on the hooks, they can scuff up the bottom of your phone if youre not careful. I would suggest looking at the Elago M2 Stand for Smartphones too. It is made of solid aluminum but the angle is fixed, which honestly feels a bit more reliable than a hinge that might get loose after a few months...

From what I've seen in other threads, these two are the big favorites: - Lamicall Desktop Phone Stand: This is SO sturdy. It’s great for a desk because it doesn't move at all. I’m not 100% sure if it fits every bulky case, but for a standard Flip it’s basically perfect.
- Nulaxy Foldable Phone Stand: This one is basically made for travel. It folds totally flat. It feels a little "lighter" than the Lamicall, so maybe not as stable if ur tapping the screen hard, but it's super convenient. TL;DR: Lamicall for your desk (very stable), Nulaxy for your bag (super portable). Both way better than just propping it up on a book!
