Spigen Rugged Armor. Had it on my daily '03 Civic for years, still works well. No complaints.
Hey! Consider a TPU case! They're fantastic for shock absorption (phone safety!), and usually under $20. Just check the Shore hardness; lower is softer!
Skip the fancy cases. A $10 TPU one from Amazon works just as well, in my experience.
Hey! Living in Arizona, I'd suggest a case with good UV protection. Direct sun kills phone cases here! Otterbox Defender might be overkill, but be careful of cheap plastics cracking. I'd suggest a light-colored case to reflect heat, too. Make sure it has raised edges around the camera lens for dust protection. Might want to consider a screen protector as well.
Otterbox offers decent drop protection. Market research shows positive user feedback, $25 average.
For safety, consider a Spigen Rugged Armor case. I had issues with cheaper ones. Unfortunately, the screen can still crack. Maybe professional installation of a screen protector too?
DIY'ing a case? Interesting! TPU sheets + heat gun *might* work. Be careful though!
Been rocking a Spigen since '21. Still good! Might want to consider one with raised edges; saved my bacon a few times. Be careful with the cheap ones!
