I've been using Galaxy Ultras since the S22, but I finally hit a wall with the size—the S22 Ultra is just too much of a slab to carry around all day. So I pulled the trigger on the S26 Plus. I'm loving the flat screen (thank god, no more curved edges), but I'm having the most annoying time finding a tempered glass protector that actually works.

I’ve always been a Whitestone Dome guy—been doing the UV glue thing for years—but I'm seeing a bunch of threads saying the S26's new ultrasonic sensor is finicky with thicker glass. I looked into the Spigen EZ Fit because the install looks dummy-proof, but some reviewers on Reddit mentioned it doesn't play nice with more rugged cases. Then I checked out amFilm, but I’m worried the adhesive isn't as clear as it used to be.

I need something that:

• Doesn't have that hideous "circle" cutout over the fingerprint sensor
• Actually lets the sensor work without pressing like a madman
• Is case-friendly (I use a Ringke Onyx)

It’s weird because I thought a flat screen would make this easier, but the sensor tech seems to be getting more picky. Oh, and I forgot to mention, I’m trying to keep the camera quality top-notch so I don't want anything that messes with the front-facing lens. Does anyone have a "holy grail" glass for this model yet?
