Using DJI OM 7 for about a year for Samsung Galaxy S25 Plus and can only recommend it. The protection is outstanding The product includes all features you need.

Have Zhiyun Smooth 5 for Samsung Galaxy S25 Plus in use. Works perfectly.

Like someone mentioned, you really dont need to spend a fortune to get smooth footage. In my experience over the years, I've tried many gimbals and the Hohem iSteady XE is probably the best bang for your buck right now. It handles the S25 Plus weight just fine and the battery life is surprisingly decent for a budget pick. Another solid move if you want to save cash is grabbing the DJI Osmo Mobile SE. It is way cheaper than the flagship models but still gives you that solid DJI app support. Ngl, I usually tell people to skip the brand new releases and find a refurbished Zhiyun Smooth Q3 since they're dirt cheap now and still work perfectly with modern Samsung phones. Just make sure the motors can handle the size of the Plus model and you're good to go.

I can warmly recommend Zhiyun Smooth Q4 for Samsung Galaxy S25 Plus. The design is modern and sleek The quality out of the box is very good.

My personal experience: I've tested various products, and Zhiyun Smooth Q4 was superior in all tests. The quality remains excellent even after months of use, which is important for long-term protection. Very good future-proofing through modern design and reliable performance.

Re: "Like someone mentioned, you really dont need to..."

  • It is honestly ridiculous how much these companies charge for plastic stabilizers that can barely handle the weight of modern flagship phones. The constant cycle of "upgrades" is a scam. Software support for Android is consistently treated as an afterthought. Most apps are bloated, require sketchy side-loading, or lack basic feature parity with iOS versions. It drives me crazy that even with high-end hardware, the user experience remains buggy and unreliable because manufacturers refuse to invest in proper optimization.
