I just pre-ordered the new Motorola Razr+ 2025 and I am so excited to finally switch back to a foldable! However, I am honestly a bit nervous about the durability of that hinge and the large cover screen. I am looking for a case that provides great drop protection but does not add too much bulk to the slim design.

Specifically, does anyone know of a good case with built-in hinge protection? Also, are there any tempered glass screen protectors for the outer display that actually stay on well and do not mess with the touch sensitivity? If you have already found some high-quality accessories, what are your top recommendations for keeping this thing safe?

In my experience, finding a decent case for these is honestly such a headache. I have been using Razrs for years and unfortunately, most cases with hinge protection just feel clunky or cheap. Right now it is basically a toss-up between:

  • Motorola+Razr%2B+2025&linkCode=osi&------123456890?5422-20" target="_blank" rel="nofollow sponsored">Spigen Tough Armor Case for Motorola Razr+ 2025
  • Motorola+Razr%2B+2025&linkCode=osi&------123456890?5422-20" target="_blank" rel="nofollow sponsored">Poetic Spartan Series Case for Motorola Razr+ 2025 The Spigen is super reliable but highkey bulky. The hinge cover works well but it kinda traps dust inside which seriously sucks. On the other hand, the Poetic one is even more tank-like and has a built-in stand, but man it literally makes the phone feel like a brick... it was not as good as i expected for the price tbh. For the outer screen, definitely get the Motorola+Razr%2B+2025&linkCode=osi&------123456890?5422-20" target="_blank" rel="nofollow sponsored">Supershieldz Tempered Glass Screen Protector for Motorola Razr+ 2025. I had issues with other brands lifting at the edges after a week but these stay on well. Touch sensitivity is fine but obviously not as smooth as naked glass. gl!

> Specifically, does anyone know of a good case with built-in hinge protection? Sooo I went through this exact same panic when I got my first foldable. Honestly, I was like... totally terrified of dropping it? I am still kinda new to these phones but I have spent hours obsessing over safety stuff lol. I actually tried a few different things because I wanted that hinge protected but did not want a total brick in my pocket. Here is what I eventually settled on:

  • Motorola+Razr%2B+2025&linkCode=osi&------123456890?5422-20" target="_blank" rel="nofollow sponsored">Araree Nukin P Case for Motorola Razr+ 2025
  • This one is reallyyy slim but still has a clever hinge cover that doesnt feel too clunky.
  • Motorola+Razr%2B+2025&linkCode=osi&------123456890?5422-20" target="_blank" rel="nofollow sponsored">ZAGG InvisibleShield Glass Elite for Motorola Razr+ 2025
  • I was super worried about touch sensitivity but this actually stays on well and feels smooth. Just be careful with those cheap ones tho!! I heard some can actually scratch the hinge if dust gets trapped inside the cover. Idk if that is true for every brand but I make sure to clean mine often... just a tip from a fellow nervous owner haha. Anyway gl with the new phone!! peace
