What are the best protective cases for the OnePlus 14? I need to order something today because I'm terrified of dropping this thing. I’m upgrading from an old iPhone 11 that has a shattered screen and a battery that dies in an hour, so I need this new one to last. Sorry if this is a basic question, I have no idea what brands are actually good. Is there a specific one that protects the huge camera? My budget is around $30 and I don't want anything too bulky. What should I buy?

Saw this and had to chime in. I've used this specific brand for my last three devices because the drop protection is consistently reliable. I dropped my phone on a gravel driveway last week from waist height and the case absorbed the entire impact without damage to the camera lens or screen. The Caseology Athlex for OnePlus 14 currently costs $16.99 and fits your requirements:

  • It uses a joined dual-layer design for high-impact drop safety.
  • The exterior has a sandstone grip texture that prevents accidental slips.
  • It features a specific raised lip around the camera module that is deeper than most slim cases. This case stays well under your $30 budget and provides better grip than clear cases which often become slippery over time. It is narrow enough to fit in a pocket without snagging.

Stumbled upon this today — was actually just looking at cases for my brother — and you definitely want something with a serious lip for that camera. Since you're coming from a shattered screen (RIP to that iPhone 11, those things were tanks until they weren't), you should check out these two because they're way better than the generic junk:

  • TUDIA DualShield Grip OnePlus 14 — It’s got this dual-layer setup that’s surprisingly slim — wait, no — it’s not 'slim' slim, but it feels solid without being a brick. The texture is really the winner here for grip.
  • Poetic Guardian Case OnePlus 14 — This one is great because it has a reinforced frame and a clear back, though the built-in screen protector can be polarizing (some people hate the feel, but it saves money on separate glass). The Tudia is probably your best bet for keeping it under thirty bucks while actually saving that glass.

> Is there a specific one that protects the huge camera? I'm no expert but I just looked into this last week. The Spigen Liquid Air OnePlus 14 costs about $17 and adds minimal bulk. It uses a raised bezel to keep the camera glass off surfaces. For more drop protection under $30, the Ringke Fusion-X OnePlus 14 has shock-absorbent bumpers and a clear back to show off the phone.
