What are the top cases and screen protectors for OnePlus 14?

I'm finally jumping to the OnePlus 14 from an old iPhone 11—my current battery is a paperweight and the screen is a mess—so I really want to protect this new one. I've been looking at Spigen and Dbrand since they're popular, but I'm totally lost on the screen protectors. Is 'tempered glass' actually better than film?
