what are the actually good cases and screen protectors for the s24 ultra that wont mess up the fingerprint sensor? im upgrading from a cracked s21 ultra and i really need something slim but tough. i read spigen is okay but people say the screen protectors peel and whitestone seems way too hard to install tbh...
Look, I'm definitely no expert on this stuff—seriously, I’m still figuring out half the settings on my own phone—but I literally just spent like three days straight researching this exact thing before I pulled the trigger on my own S24 Ultra last week. I was so worried about the fingerprint sensor because my last phone was a total nightmare with it, and I didn't want to waste money on something that wouldn't even work. I almost went for the fancy Whitestone glass too, but then I saw the price and the installation video and—yeah, no—it looked way too complicated for me. Instead, I ended up going the budget route which honestly feels just as good. I grabbed the amFilm OneTouch Screen Protector because it's super cheap and comes with this little alignment tool that makes it impossible to mess up—even for me. The fingerprint sensor works perfectly, though I did have to re-register my prints after applying it (don't forget that part!). For the case, I wanted something slim but didn't want to spend $60 on those boutique brands. I found the Ringke Onyx Case on sale and it's awesome—it’s got this grippy texture that keeps me from dropping it (which I do a lot). If you want something even cheaper, the Spigen Liquid Air is usually on sale on Amazon and it’s surprisingly tough for how thin it is. I think I spent under $30 for both the case and the protector combined, which felt like a huge win compared to what the carrier stores try to charge you!
