Does anyone know what the best wireless chargers and cases are for the new Samsung Z Fold 7? Sorry if this is a total newbie question but I just pre-ordered the phone and I am honestly so confused because I have never had a folding phone before. I am upgrading from a really old iPhone and I dont know if my old chargers will even work or if they will be too slow. I was looking on Amazon and saw all these different cases but some say they have magnets and some dont and I heard someone say magnets might mess up the folding screen?? I really dont want to ruin a two thousand dollar phone. I live in Florida and it gets super hot here so I am also worried about the phone overheating while charging if I get a cheap stand. My budget is probably around 80 or 100 dollars for both things because the phone already cost me a fortune lol. I just need something simple that protects the hinge too because I saw some cases leave that part open and that seems scary. Should I just buy the official Samsung ones or are there better brands that are easier to use for someone who has no idea what they are doing...

Unfortunately, many cases for the Fold really fail on hinge protection. I have had issues with adhesives sliding around, which isnt ideal for a two-thousand-dollar phone. You need something more mechanical.

I swear by the i-Blason Armorbox for Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 because it feels totally solid. Since you are in Florida, grab the ESR 15W Wireless Charger with CryoBoost. It has a built-in fan to keep the phone cool. Its the most reliable way to protect that two grand investment tbh.

I actually disagree with the earlier heavy-duty suggestions. Im very satisfied with the VRS Design Terra Guard Modern for Galaxy Z Fold 7 because the mechanical hinge protection works well without being massive. To mitigate heat in Florida, the Spigen ArcField 15W Max Wireless Charger Pad is superior since it features better thermal management.
