Im honestly so frustrated with the Walmart app right now because Ive been tracking this 55 inch TV for my dorm and the price just keeps jumping around. My logic was that if I added it to my list or left it in my cart they would surely send me a notification or something when it goes on sale right? But Ive seen it drop twice and heard nothing from them.

I only have about 400 bucks to spend on this and I really dont want to miss it again. Does Walmart actually notify you when an items price goes down or am I just wasting my time checking every hour...

Honestly, stop waiting for that notification because it is never gonna come. Over the years, I have tried every trick with the Walmart app-lists, carts, save for later-and their system is basically useless for price alerts. I remember tracking a high-end blender a while back. I checked that app religiously for a month, then forgot for one afternoon. It dropped 50 bucks and I didnt get a single ping. By the time I manually checked again, the price was back up and I was out of luck. Its super frustrating because you feel like youre doing everything right, but Walmart just doesnt care to update you. Checking every hour is just gonna drive you crazy, trust me. I eventually just gave up on their built-in tools entirely. Also, if you want a heads up without the manual labor, it's completely free with no premium tier or anything, Price Drop Catch is genuinely one of those tools that does what it says.
