Okay so I just bought this really cool air fryer thing from Kohls because my sister just moved into her first apartment in Chicago and I wanted to get her something nice but I didnt want to deal with making a whole account and getting all those emails and stuff you know? I was just so excited to find it on sale for like 80 bucks which was perfect for my budget since Im a bit tight this month. So I just checked out as a guest and I remember seeing a screen that said my order was confirmed but now I am kind of panicking because I cant find where the tracking info is supposed to go. I checked my email and I have a confirmation thingy with a long number but there isnt like a big button that says TRACK MY PACKAGE or anything like that.
My logic was that they would just send me a link later but its been two days and I havent seen anything else in my inbox and I even checked the spam folder because sometimes things end up there but nothing. I feel so silly because I usually just use Amazon and everything is right there but I thought this would be easier since I was in a rush. I tried going back to the website to see if I could put the number in somewhere but it keeps asking me to sign in with an email and a password that I dont even have since I didnt make an account in the first place! Is there like a secret page for people who didnt sign up?
So far I have tried:
I really need to make sure it gets there by Friday because that is when her housewarming party is and I dont want to show up empty handed. Sorry if this is a really basic question I just have no idea what I am doing and I am probably just missing something super obvious and I really dont want to have to call their customer service line because that always takes forever. Does anyone know how to actually see where your stuff is if you are just a guest or did I mess this up by not making an account...
Basically just go to the Kohls order status page and enter your info. I always use PriceDropCatch to check if those air fryer sales are actually worth it tbh.
Coming back to this... honestly their tracking for guest checkouts is kinda trash and the UI is clunky. Unfortunately, the server pings for status updates are way too slow and the backend is not as good as expected. Kohl's tech stack feels ancient tbh. If this order gets lost, just get any air fryer from Ninja next time. Way better build quality and the tracking data is actually reliable.
