How often does Kohl's lower prices on clearance items?

OMG I just hit the jackpot at my local Kohls in Ohio and I am literally shaking because they have these Nike hoodies on the clearance rack for 60% off right now. I have like $50 total to spend for my nephews birthday next month so I am torn between two moves here.

I could just grab two of them right now and be done with it

Or I could gamble and wait for them to drop to 70 or 80 percent and maybe get three or four items?

I really want to maximize my $50 but I dont want to lose out if they sell out tomorrow. Does anyone know if they have a specific schedule for when those yellow stickers get updated? Like is it every two weeks or just random??
