Trying to get a cart over to my cousin in Berlin for his birthday. I did all the picking for him—mostly kitchen stuff around 180 euros—and now he just needs to pay and ship it to himself. I'm looking at two main ways to do this.
I'm leaning toward the extension but I dont want it to glitch and lose everything before Friday. Which of these is the smoothest way to go for Amazon.de specifically?

Building on the earlier suggestion, definitely be careful with extensions. I once tried to sync a 200 euro cart on .de and the session tokens bugged out due to regional cookie mismatches, losing half the list. Before you go ahead, are these items mostly third-party or Amazon direct? That impacts the stock lock. Quick tip: ensure your cousin is logged into the German portal before opening any shared links.
Honestly, Amazon makes this way harder than it needs to be these days. I tried the wishlist route last year for a buddy in Munich and it was honestly not as good as expected because half the items didnt transfer over correctly. It was just a mess, unfortunately. Direct cart sharing still isnt a native feature which is just frustrating. I think the Share-A-Cart extension is probably your best bet tho, even if it can be a bit finicky. Not sure but I heard it sometimes glitches with the German sites specific inventory levels. IIRC it basically just scrapes the links and rebuilds the list on their side. Maybe try a test run with one cheap item first? I really hope you get it sorted by Friday... kitchen gear is a solid gift for someone in Berlin. Good luck getting it across, hope it works out better for you than it did for me.
