If ur looking for something that actually lasts past the first six months, I’d skip the basic stuff and look at these two: * Ulanzi MT-44 Extendable Vlog Tripod - This is basically my daily driver. It doubles as a selfie stick which is great for travel, and the integrated phone holder is super convenient (at least thats what worked for me). Only downside is the plastic flip locks can get a bit loose after a year of heavy use.
* SmallRig Tabletop Mini Tripod - If you want something that feels 'pro', this is it. It's all metal and way more stable for those long exposure night mode shots on the iPhone 17 Pro.
