I'm finally upgrading from my old iPhone 12—which I drop literally every day because it's so slippery—and I'm super excited to get the OnePlus 15 for that massive battery and camera! I've been looking online and saw people mentioning the Dbrand Grip and those Spigen cases (the Liquid Air one specifically), but I'm totally lost on what 'tactile' or 'sandstone' actually feels like in real life. Is it actually sticky or just scratchy?
My needs:
- Needs to be under $40-50
- Must be really grippy (I have clumsy hands)
- Not too bulky because the phone is already big
Sorry if this is a dumb question, I just don't want to break my new toy immediately lol. Which one actually stays in your hand?

Sandstone texture is not sticky. It feels like fine-grit sandpaper. It provides high friction but feels abrasive to the touch. The OnePlus 15 Sandstone Bumper Case is a reliable choice for under $30. Just make sure the edge sits high enough to protect the camera lens. The dbrand Grip Case for OnePlus 15 is another option. It uses a microscopic texture on the sides for traction. Double-check the fitment when it arrives. For a thinner profile, the Spigen Liquid Air for OnePlus 15 has a geometric pattern that helps with grip. I'd recommend getting a tempered glass screen protector professionally done if you're not sure about the installation. A grippy case helps, but the screen remains the most vulnerable point on a device this large.
