Hey! Anyone know where to find the best Black Friday deals on the Samsung Galaxy A16 in 2025? Looking to spend under $200. Any leads?
honestly i totally agree with the idea that refurbished is the way to go because you save so much cash and like i've been looking at the specs for the Samsung Galaxy A16 vs the Samsung Galaxy A25 and honestly if ur a diy person like me you might want to look at how easy they are to fix yourself?? basically if ur looking to stay under $200 you could even check out an older Samsung Galaxy A14 because there are so many parts available online and you can basically use the official self-repair guides to swap the battery or screen if you find a cheap 'broken' one on ebay... i'm still kind of a beginner with the technical side of things but the A16 is supposed to have better long-term support while the A25 has a way better screen which is *so* much nicer for videos and stuff but i wonder if the screen replacement is harder? do you guys think it's better to buy new for the warranty or just get a cheap one and do the repairs urself because i feel like fixing it is the real pro move for staying under budget!
Hey! I haven't seen deals *that* far out, but I'd suggest checking Best Buy closer to November 2025! I snagged my Galaxy A14 there last year. Maybe consider the A15 if it's out by then? It's fantastic! Just be super careful clicking links – lots of scams! Good luck, and I hope you find an amazing deal!
Consider used Galaxy S23; superior processor. A16's MediaTek might feel slow in a year, trust me!
Honestly, for under $200 in 2025, consider a *refurbished* A15 instead. Similar features, way better value for the long haul. Happy hunting!
Before chasing deals, consider the phone's safety features, especially if using it hands-free while driving. Distracted driving is a SERIOUS risk. $200 might get you a refurbished model, but ensure it has updated security patches. Consider a dedicated GPS unit instead; it's often a safer, less distracting navigation option.
