Im finally upgrading from my old s21 ultra cuz the battery is basically toast now and its driving me crazy tbh. Im so nervous about the s25 ultra being so big and expensive and i really dont wanna crack the screen or scratch the cameras like i did with this one so im looking for accessories. Im kinda torn between getting the Spigen Tough Armor or going for a UAG Monarch but the UAG is so pricey idk if its actually better or just marketing... also i definitely need a screen protector that wont mess with the fingerprint sensor because that was such a pain on my last phone. i have like 80 bucks left for everything so i gotta be careful. what are the actual must-have accessories you guys are getting for the s25 ultra?

Re: "The UAG Monarch S25 Ultra is overpriced marketing...." - tbh i agree but just make sure you focus on those cameras since you scratched them before. Quick question... do you usually toss your phone in a bag with other stuff? If so id look at:

Spigen and UAG are mostly marketing hype. You do not need to spend $50 on a case.

The UAG Monarch S25 Ultra is overpriced marketing. You are paying for a brand name and fake "military grade" aesthetics that do not justify a $100 price tag. Everyone recommends the Spigen Tough Armor S25 Ultra, but the kickstand is flimsy and the bulk is excessive for a phone this large. Get the Caseology Athlex S25 Ultra instead. It costs about $16 and has a textured grip that prevents drops rather than just surviving them. For the screen, glass protectors are a waste of money because they consistently fail with the ultrasonic fingerprint sensor. The Samsung Official Screen Protector S25 Ultra is a film that maintains perfect sensor speed and costs $20. Use the remaining $40 for an Anker 313 Charger 45W. Samsung does not provide a brick and you need 45W PPS support for maximum charging speeds.

So funny you ask this — last summer I was out at this music festival and I legit dropped my phone from like five feet up onto concrete while trying to get a video of the stage... it was a total nightmare because I was rocking some cheap no-name case and the screen just SHATTERED. I learned my lesson the hard way that spending a bit more on protection is basically insurance for your sanity. If you only got 80 bucks left I would lowkey skip the UAG because it is MEGA expensive for what it is. I used to think it was better too but then I tried the Spigen Tough Armor for Galaxy S25 Ultra and it is built like a tank without costing a whole paycheck. It has that little kickstand too which is lowkey a lifesaver when you wanna watch stuff. For the screen protector you NEED to go with something like the Whitestone Dome Glass Screen Protector for S25 Ultra if you want that fingerprint sensor to actually work. I spent like three hours fighting with a plastic film one once and it was the most frustrating thing EVER. The UV glass ones are a bit scary to install at first but they feel just like the real screen and the sensor works every single time... plus they cover up any micro-scratches you might already have. Honestly skip the overpriced marketing and just get the Spigen and a good glass kit and youll still have money left over for snacks.
