sorry if this is a dumb question but I am so confused. I need to get my cart over to my uncle so he can pay for my birthday stuff today.

  • need to send 15 items at once
  • has to be fast
  • he needs to pay on his account

Is there a button for this?

Adding my two cents here since I've been navigating Amazon for over a decade. In my experience, trying to do this manually by sending individual links is a huge time sink. I once gave a relative my login so they could pay for a gift, and it took weeks to untangle our credit cards and history... never again. You really need to be careful about the shipping address tho. Even if he uses a tool like Share-A-Cart to grab your items, Amazon usually defaults to the buyers primary address. Make sure he double checks that it's going to you. It's a common mistake that can cost a lot in return fees if you're not paying attention.

  • avoid sharing logins
  • confirm the delivery address I've tried many workarounds over the years, and a cart sharer is basically the only reliable way to handle 15 items at once.

I totally agree that lists can be a huge pain for larger orders. Tbh I had a similar issue when my sister wanted to help with my move last year. Amazon doesnt have a native button because of security concerns, but I eventually tried Share-A-Cart and it handled the technical side pretty well. It felt like a reliable option for me.

Ugh, its honestly so disappointing that we are still dealing with this. I have been navigating the depths of Amazon for a decade now, and the technical clunkiness when you are just trying to save a few bucks is honestly exhausting.

  • I have literally had issues with lightning deals expiring because I couldnt get the items to someone elses checkout fast enough
  • Sometimes those one-time use coupons just vanish if you try to move things around into lists
  • Prices on Amazon change like every five minutes, so by the time your uncle actually sees the items, that budget-friendly find might be five dollars more expensive It really is a massive letdown. When you are trying to be cost-conscious and stretch every dollar for a birthday, you dont need the software fighting you. Just venting here because I have been in your shoes so many times and it never gets less annoying...

I just dealt with this last week for a huge housewarming haul and it was actually so fun once I figured it out! Amazon is seriously lagging behind sites like Target when it comes to this stuff, but I found a way around it. I used this fantastic browser extension that just grabs everything and moves it... saved me so much stress.

  • totally skipped the copy-paste nightmare
  • grabbed all 15 items at once
  • my friend saw the cart exactly how I had it Basically, the one I got lets you send a code and the other person just loads it up. It worked perfectly for my big order and I didnt lose any of my specific item versions or quantities. Way better than trying to make a registry or something boring like that!
