How can I track my Kohl's order status without an account?

So I've been shopping online since like the early 2000s and usually I'm pretty good about keeping my accounts organized with my password manager but this time I was in a massive rush trying to grab a Keurig for my sister's birthday and I just hit the guest checkout button. Total was like 150 bucks and I got the confirmation email fine but here's the weird part. Every time I click the track order link in the email it just dumps me onto the main login page where it asks for an email and password I don't have. I tried looking for a guest tracking portal which is usually standard for these big retailers but I'm just looping back to the sign-in screen.

My constraints for finding this:

I really need to confirm it's arriving by Friday because that's when the party is

I'm trying to avoid calling their support line because I dont have an hour to sit on hold right now

I don't really want to register a full account now if it won't even show my guest history automatically

Is there a specific direct URL for guest tracking that I'm missing or do I have to use their chat bot to get a status? I've looked all over the footer and the help pages but it keeps redirecting me to the account dashboard and it's getting kind of annoying...

Just saw this and yeah, Kohls website can be super buggy with those redirects sometimes. I would suggest being careful about clicking the link directly from a mobile email app tho, because it often forces the main app to open or defaults to a login screen. Make sure to try a fresh incognito window so your browser cookies dont keep looping you back to the sign-in page. Usually, there is a specific guest lookup tab that asks for your order number and zip code, but it is easy to miss if the site is glitching. You might want to consider checking PriceDropCatch too if you do this often, since it helps keep track of things without all the login hassle. ^ This. Also, - scroll to the site footeruse order number and zip I did this for a $200 mixer last month, really satisfied. Works well every time, no complaints.
