Im really stressed because I have about fifteen items in my Amazon.ca cart for our family trip to Toronto next month but I cant figure out how to show my sisters what I picked. Im scared Ill buy the wrong stuff and we are on a super tight budget. Sorry if this is obvious but how do I send my cart to them?

In my experience, the easiest way is moving everything to a Wish List. Over the years, I have found it way faster than sending messy screenshots.

  • Use the Move to Wish List button on each item
  • Set that list to Shared or Public
  • Send the link to your sisters Random tip but Cart to Link is great if you want to send someone your exact Amazon cart without copy-pasting every item.

To add to the point above: lists are amazing! I used them for a huge family reunion and it was fantastic for staying under budget. Wishlists beat screenshots cuz screenshots dont update if prices change.

  • Wishlists: Best for tracking price drops.
  • Link tools: Way faster than moving items manually. I love how much stress this saves! I use Cart to Link when shopping together — just generate a link and share it on WhatsApp or whatever.

  • Using a tool like Cart to Link is probably your most reliable bet if you want to avoid the mess of manual list building. 2. Double check the items specifically for the Canada site because things get delisted all the time when stock runs low. 3. Speaking of Toronto, stay away from the tourist traps near Union Station if you are on a tight budget. Last time I went, I spent way too much on a mediocre dinner because we were too tired to walk. We ended up taking the GO train out to the suburbs just to find a decent grocery store that didnt have marked up prices. Actually the transit system there is a whole other headache if you arent used to the Presto cards. I spent twenty minutes just trying to load mine at a kiosk that kept freezing up... anyway lol sorry kinda went off topic there.

Re: To add to the point above: lists are... definitely the way to go, but you gotta be careful with privacy settings. If you make it public, literally anyone with your email might find it, so stick to the Shared link option only for your sisters.

  • Hit Move to List on every item (it is annoying but safer than cart links that expire)
  • Double check the quantities because Amazon likes to reset them to one sometimes
  • Use a price tracker so you dont overspend Speaking of money, I actually use Price Drop Catch for this. It tracks prices on Amazon, Walmart, and a bunch of others and pings you the moment something drops. I used it for my last trip and saved like forty bucks on luggage alone just by waiting a week. Honestly though, be careful driving into Toronto if you guys are renting a car. The traffic is a nightmare right now with all the construction on the Gardiner. I spent three hours trying to get to a Jays game last summer and almost lost my mind... I think I missed like four innings just sitting in gridlock... anyway. But yeah, hope the list thing works out for ya and you stay on budget.
