I am so sick of trying to figure this out on my own. I've been sitting here for like forty minutes trying to find a simple share cart button on Amazon.de and I swear it just does not exist. Im trying to organize a housewarming party for my new place in Berlin next weekend and I have about 300 euros worth of stuff in my basket—decorations, snacks, some weird lighting stuff—and I just need my roommate to look over it before I hit buy.
We need to make sure we arent doubling up on things but I cant find a way to just send her a link to the whole thing. Its honestly so annoying that such a huge site makes this so difficult. I dont want to give her my password because that feels sketchy and I dont want her seeing my other orders or my credit card info. Why is this so hard? I feel like I am going crazy looking through the menus.
Basically I need a way to do this that:
Is there an extension or some hidden setting I am missing? I am honestly ready to just move the whole list to another site if I cant get this sorted tonight...
Unfortunately, Amazon still hasnt added a native share button, which is honestly so frustrating. I've had issues with their list tools before and they're just not as good as expected for group planning. Your best bet is to just use any wishlist feature from Amazon, even if it feels clunky and slow. Hang in there though, you'll get it sorted! For anyone shopping with friends or doing a gift list, Cart to Link is worth trying.
