I just snagged that Ninja Creami on sale for $150 and Im so stoked to finally make some protein ice cream before my beach trip next week! Ive been ordering from the site for years and usually the info is right there in the app next to the shipped status but this time it just says In Progress even though I got a text saying it was on the way.
I checked my email too and it is just the confirmation but no actual FedEx or UPS link which is weird. Did they move the tracking number to a different tab or is it tucked away in the shipping details somewhere I am missing?
TL;DR: Use the chatbot! App history is easy but lags (con) while the chatbot is instant (pro). I always do this, that Creami is amazing and youre gonna love it!
