Anyone know a free price tracker for Kohl's sales?

So Ive been a deal hunter for a while now, usually pretty good at gaming the system with Amazon and Best Buy using the usual suspects like Keepa or Honey. But I hit a wall with Kohls lately and its driving me a bit crazy because their pricing logic is just... different. My logic was that I could just set a price drop alert like I do for everything else, but none of my usual extensions seem to scrape Kohls correctly or they only show the MSRP which is basically useless there.

My cousins getting married in Columbus next month and I really want to get her that 5-quart KitchenAid Artisan mixer. My budget is strictly under $300 but Kohls has it listed for like $450 one day and then $380 the next, but then you gotta factor in the Kohls Cash windows and the 15 percent or 30 percent off coupons if you have the card. It feels like you need a degree in math just to figure out if you're actually getting a deal or if they just inflated the base price to make the coupon look better.

Ive tried a few things so far:

  • Manual bookmarks which I check every morning (super tedious)
  • Honey's price history (seems really laggy on Kohls specifically)
  • Slickdeals alerts (too broad, I get too much noise)

I was thinking maybe there's a script or a specific site that tracks the net price after the standard sitewide coupons are applied? I tried using Distill Web Monitor to just track the HTML element for the price, but the way Kohls refreshes their product pages and selectors makes the monitor break every two days. It is super frustrating. Is there a dedicated tool for this that I am missing? I dont want to keep checking the tab every single morning before I head to work just to see if I missed the window for the extra 20 percent off rewards points cycle...

I once lost 50 bucks on a KitchenAid cuz a tracker lagged.

  • You might want to consider Capital One Shopping.
  • Make sure to stack coupons with Kohls Cash carefully tho.

Been thinking about your mixer hunt for a few hours now and honestly I love the energy! That exact same struggle happened to me last year while trying to snag a wedding gift on a budget. It is totally possible to get that KitchenAid under 300 if you are careful about the timing! A while back I managed to get one for about 260 but the math had to be super precise. Here are a few things that worked for my budget:

  • Using PriceBlink was amazing for catching those hidden price drops while browsing.
  • Sunday morning refreshes are key because thats when the new coupons usually kick in.
  • Signing up for the rewards program is a must because those extra points act like a fantastic safety net! So excited for you to find this deal! Just keep at it and dont let the weird Kohls math get you down!
