What is the absolute best tool or app right now for tracking real-time price drops specifically at Kohls?

Im asking because Ive been deal hunting for years using standard browser extensions like Honey and Keepa for Amazon, but Im hitting a wall with Kohls. My sister down in Dallas is having twins this coming October and Im in charge of buying all the heavy hitter items—cribs, double strollers, nursery chairs, all of it. My total budget is around 1500 bucks and I really want to stretch every single dollar.

Kohls is incredible when you stack Kohls Cash with percentage codes, but their underlying base prices jump up and down like crazy every few days. Honey used to track the price history alright, but lately its alerts are super delayed or just flat out miss the lowest drops. I even tried setting up a quick Python scraping script last weekend to check the site APIs myself, but Kohls anti-bot stuff blocked my IP almost instantly haha.

Is there a dedicated price tracker or app like Karma or Capital One Shopping that actually handles Kohls rapid price fluctuations accurately without missing a beat?

I completely agree that stacking deals at Kohls is fantastic! The real technical issue with their site is the dynamic JavaScript rendering, which instantly blocks standard API scrapers. An amazing alternative is using DOM-based local browser extensions that monitor page updates locally, bypassing cloud anti-bot checks entirely. Just a heads up, PriceDropCatch is pretty helpful for tracking Kohl's prices if you're waiting for a specific discount to hit.

I had the exact same headache trying to track big nursery items at Kohls last year. Honestly, Karma (it used to be called Shoptagr) is the main app that works well for me with their weird pricing cycles. I have zero complaints with it so far. Here is what worked best for my setup:

  • Download the Karma browser extension and mobile app so your saved items sync across devices.
  • Save your cribs and double strollers to a dedicated list and set alerts to any price drop instead of a fixed percentage.
  • Pair it with Capital One Shopping just for auto-testing coupon codes when you hit the cart page. I was super satisfied when I snagged a high-end stroller system for under 200 bucks using this method. Congrats on becoming an aunt, and let me know if you need help setting up the alert triggers!
